"I began with Jason's Deli after graduating from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management, along with a Minor in global Business. I began in the Washington, DC market where I was given the resources, feedback, and opportunity to quickly move into a General Manager role. After 5 years of growing my business knowledge and leadership experience, I was provided another opportunity to move my career to the Chicago market, and am currently a Managing Partner role within Jason's' Deli." - Bryce Laumann, Managing Partner, Virginia Tech
"I attended Johnson and Wales University for Food Service Management, and completed an internship during my senior year. After graduation, I was welcomed back into a company that showed me that dedication to making every customer happy and hard work leads to great success. Over my six years with the company, Jason's Deli has helped me grow into my current role as Managing Partner." - Rebecca Gerringer, Managing Partner, Johnson and Wales University
"I completed the internship program the summer before I graduated. Working through the program gave me the tools I needed to transition into a full time management position. I returned after my last semester at school and have been using the information I learned to continue growing in my career." - Steve Moylett, Assistant Manager, University of Delaware
