Hey Jason’s Deli Family!
We’re no stranger to catering large orders and events, and that includes cool events like the Taste of Chicago that was held July 10-14.
What is Taste of Chicago?
Taste of Chicago is a food festival that highlights the diversity and culture of Chicago’s food scene. Held in Chicago’s Grant Park since 1980, Taste of Chicago is the world’s largest food festival.
Jason’s Deli attended Taste of Chicago?
Of course we did! This was our first year to participate, and we had an absolute blast. Getting to share our menu with the Chicago community is one of our favorite things to do, and we loved seeing everyone at the festival.
What did Jason’s Deli serve at the event?
We served a handful of our most popular dishes - Nutty Mixed Up Salad, Ham Muffaletta, Turkey Muffaletta, Corned Beef on Rye and our American Potato Salad. We served over 570 Muffalettas while we were there!
Our deli team had a great time serving at the event. In fact, Drew Coltman, Managing Partner, had great things to say. “The team working the event had a great time. It was a fun way for everyone to work outside in a new environment,” Coltman said. “I am really proud of how well we worked together to serve the Taste of Chicago customers and bring our ‘Out of This World Hospitality’ to an off-site event.”
Serving our community. It's a family thing.™
