We’re at it again - sharing at-home recipes. If you love our Muffaletta, try recreating this Muffaletta-inspired pasta at home!
20 oz cooked pasta orecchiette
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ cup diced salami
½ cup diced ham
1 cup olive tapenade
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp white wine
2 cups spinach lightly packed
1 cup provolone
1 tbsp sesame seed
In a large sauté pan, heat extra virgin olive oil on medium heat.
Saute salami for 2 minutes until it develops color.
Add ham, and cook for another minute until it also develops color.
Add olive tapenade, cooked pasta, garlic, white wine, spinach and ½ cup provolone and toss thoroughly.
Plate and garnish with ½ cup provolone and sesame seeds.
